This wedding was truly a highlight of our entire summer. Sarah and Scott just have this way of making you feel so completely comfortable around them, like you’ve already known them for years. So when we showed up at Whispering Springs (the best venue for a “glamping” wedding in Ontario) we immediately knew it was going to be a good day. Sarah and Scott were both in the best moods and you could tell that they were just dying to see each other and get the party started.
When they first described their wedding day to us, Sarah explained that they wanted to keep things casual and less traditional. More like a big party with their closest family & friends (and lots of food). They knew they wanted to be outdoors and actually only looked at one other venue before Whispering Springs, because once they saw the beautiful property and “glamping” tents they were sold.
Their wedding style was classic and elegant, with the groomsmen in tuxes and the bridesmaids in olive green mix & match dresses. They wanted to contrast formal attire with a very casual atmosphere, which they did perfectly.
We had SO much fun capturing their memories through photo and film, the highlight film that Evan created for them is guaranteed to hit you right in the feels. And be sure to check out the other wonderful vendors I’ve listed below. They were each a joy to work with and we can’t recommend their talent enough!
