On a beautiful day in early June, Dayle & Taylor hosted their friends and family at the Clevelands House for their Muskoka wedding. It was an incredibly special location for the two, as Dayle & Taylor actually met in Muskoka and spent 6 years of their relationship enjoying the cottage life. So they wanted their guests to enjoy a similar experience as they celebrated their union at the Clevelands House.
The venue itself was celebrating their 150th anniversary, so Dayle and Taylor wanted to use the beautiful & historic space as the backdrop for many of their special moments, such as the private first look they shared on the docks. It was such an amazing moment as Taylor finally got to see his bride in her custom dress for the first time (it had been hanging in their home for a while but he had the self control not to sneak a peek).
Dayle’s wedding gown was custom designed specifically for her by the incredible Australian designer, Luna Willow Bridal. She was the first one to ever wear it, and since her wedding day it’s become available for other brides who are looking for a luxurious, classic and elegant gown. You can click here to learn more about the “Muskoka Gown” (sweetly named after the place they tied the knot). I know you’ll be equally as obsessed with the leaf-patterned embroidered lace as I am. It was so perfect for this outdoorsy boho wedding.
We hope you enjoy the following highlights from Dayle & Taylor’s wedding. Make sure you scroll all the way to the end for some of the most hilarious dance party photos we’ve ever captured lol… let’s just say shirts were off, beer was on the floor, and wigs were worn by all.
